摘要
煤矿掘进施工过程中,传统锚索张拉器人工作业过程中存在劳动强度大、工作效率低、安全性较差等问题,不能满足煤矿安全高效生产要求。首先对煤矿用锚索张拉机具的结构特征及工作原理进行简述;然后介绍了自动增压器的工作状态和工作原理;以某型掘进机为例开展机载锚索张拉器的集成设计研究,包括原理设计、集成方案设计和应用效果评价。该研究成果解决了传统锚索张拉器作业存在的问题,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了工作效率,实现了煤矿安全高效生产,具有较高的工程实用价值。
In the process of coal mine excavation,the traditional anchor cable tensioner has problems such as high labor intensity,low efficiency and poor safety,which could not meet the requirements of safe and efficient production in coal mines.First described the structural characteristics and working principle of the anchor cable tensioning machine used in coal mine briefly.Then the working state and principle of the automatic hydraulic booster were introduced.Taking a certain type of roadheader as an example,the integrated design of the mounted anchor cable tensioner was studied,including the principle design,integrated scheme design and application effect evaluation.The research results have solved the problems existing in the construction of the traditional anchor cable tensioner,reduced the labor intensity for workers,improved the work efficiency and realized the safe and efficient production of coal mine,which has a higher engineering practical value.
