摘要
针对杨家村煤矿现装备的膜分离制氮设备已使用8 a、日常维护工作量大、故障率及维护成本高的实际情况,膜分离制氮设备被升级改造为碳分子筛制氮装置。碳分子筛制氮装置相比于膜分离制氮装置可节约运行维护费用约40万元/a,制氮性能基本不衰减,维修周期长、维修成本低,自动化程度较高,可以实现一键化操作,对操作工的要求较低。
In view of the fact that the membrane separation nitrogen production equipment currently equipped in Yangjiacun coal mine has been used for 8 years,the daily maintenance workload is large,the fault rate and the maintenance cost are high,the membrane separation nitrogen production equipment was upgraded and transformed into a carbon molecular sieve nitrogen production device.Compared with the membrane separation nitrogen production device,the carbon molecular sieve nitrogen production device can save about 400000 yuan per year in the operation and maintenance costs,and the nitrogen production performance is basically not attenuated,the maintenance cycle is long,the maintenance cost is low,the degree of automation is high,the one-click operation can be realized,and the requirements for operators are low.
