摘要
针对煤矿井下液压缸的密封失效、活塞杆表面损伤、缸筒内壁腐蚀、偏载失效以及缸底断裂问题,分析故障的具体原因,从液压缸设计、制造及使用环节提出了解决和改进措施。通过密封件选型升级、改进活塞杆及缸筒处理工艺、提高乳化液质量等措施可有效提升液压缸性能,降低故障率。
Aiming at the problems of sealing failure,piston rod surface damage,cylinder inner wall corrosion,eccentric load failure and cylinder bottom fracture of underground hydraulic cylinder in coal mine,analysed the concrete causes of the faults,and from the links of design,manufacture and application of hydraulic cylinder put forward the solving and improvement measures.The performance of hydraulic cylinder can be improved and the failure rate can be reduced by upgrading the seals selection,improving the treatment process of piston rod and cylinder barrel,and improving the quality of emulsion.
