摘要
为解决煤矿智能化升级改造后设备运行状态数据量大、数据利用率低及智能设备运维难度大等问题,以煤矿智能化辅助生产系统为基础,设计开发了一种基于云平台的煤矿智能运维服务系统。该系统依托云平台对设备运行状态数据进行整合,通过组态软件实现设备运行情况实时动态可视化展示;通过管理设备巡检过程,实现巡检计划管理、日常巡检管理及日常故障处理;通过融合分析设备运行数据和巡检数据,实现设备远程故障诊断;结合智能运维业务管理子系统,打造煤矿“线上诊断、线下运维”服务新模式,为用户提供全方位运维管理应用服务。应用结果表明,该系统可实现对煤矿设备精细化运维管理,对提升煤矿安全生产和信息化水平具有重要意义。
In order to solve the problems of large amount of data,low data utilization rate and difficult operation and maintenance of intelligent equipment after intelligent upgrade and transformation of coal mine,an intelligent operation and maintenance service system of coal mine based on cloud platform was designed and developed based on intelligent auxiliary production system of coal mine.The system relies on the cloud platform to integrate the running status data of the equipment,and realizes the realtime dynamic visualization display of the running status of the equipment through the configuration software.By managing the device inspection process,can manage the inspection plan,routine inspection,and troubleshooting.Through the fusion analysis of equipment operation data and inspection data,the remote fault diagnosis of equipment is realized.Combined with the intelligent operation and maintenance business management subsystem,a new service mode of"online diagnosis,offline operation and maintenance"is created for coal mine,and provides users with comprehensive operation and maintenance management application services.The application results show that the system can realize the fine operation and maintenance management of coal mine equipment,which is of great significance to improve the safety production and information level of coal mine.
