摘要
在煤矿井下智能开采进程中,实现工作面推进度的智能检测对开采计划的制定具有重要指导意义。提出了一种工作面推进度智能识别算法,通过工作面摄像仪对两巷退尺牌数据进行采集,利用YOLO-v4网络和Tesseract-OCR引擎对退尺牌数字进行智能识别,从而确定此时工作面的推进信息。通过在井下实际场景中进行应用,结果表明所提方法对工作面推进度的识别是有效和准确的。
In the process of intelligent mining in underground coal mine,the realization of intelligent detection of the advancing degree of the working face has important guiding significance for the formulation of mining plans.An intelligent recognition algorithm for the advancing degree of the working face was proposed.The data of the two-lane withdrawal signs are collected by the working face camera,and the numbers of the withdrawal signs are intelligently recognized by the YOLO-v4 network and the Tesseract-OCR engine,so as to determine the information on the advancement of the working face.Through the application in the actual underground scene,the results show that the proposed method is effective and accurate for the recognition of the advancing degree of the working face.
