设置住院总医师岗位在临床病理科住院医师核心岗位胜任力培养中的价值

Value of the position of chief resident on the culture of core position competency for clinical pathology residents

目的探讨设置住院总医师岗位在培养临床病理科住院医师核心岗位胜任力中的作用。方法华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院(简称我院)病理科自2011年在科室取材间设置住院总医师岗位,明确住院总医师岗位职责。由处于住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)阶段的本单位住院医师轮流担任住院总医师,通过岗前考核及资质授权后,阶段性担任取材间住院总医师,全面负责取材间的日常管理工作,履行住院总医师职责,负责病理科内部及病理科与临床、患者之间的沟通。每位住院总医师任期结束后需完成与下一任住院总医师工作交接及任职工作总结,并参加科室住院总医师管理工作考核。结果病理科住院医师在担任住院总医师过程中,职业责任感及主人翁意识明显加强,临床病理专业技能提升的同时,沟通合作能力及管理能力等核心岗位胜任力均得到很大程度的锻炼与提高。结论设置住院总医师岗位能有效提高临床病理科住院医师核心岗位胜任力,对培养住院医师综合岗位胜任力具有重要价值。

Objective The goal of this study was to investigate the effect of the chief resident position on the culture of core position competency for clinical pathology residents.Methods Department of Pathology,Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology established the position of chief resident in its surgical pathology gross room in 2011,where the resident doctors in our own hospital took turns to serve as the chief resident and fulfill the job responsibilities after passing pre-examination and acquiring authorization.Resident doctors took the position and responsibility of the chief resident periodically,to make sure smooth operation in the surgical pathology gross room,and to take charge of the internal communication among each subsection within the department,as well as the communication among the department,clinical,and patients.At the end of the term,each chief resident needed to summarize their job and hand it over to the follower chief resident.Meanwhile,they should participate in the examination of chief resident for the ability of management in the department.Results By going through the periodic chief resident process,resident doctors in general strengthened their professional responsibility and consciousness of master.They not only improved their clinical skill,but also enhanced communication,collaboration,management,and other core-job competency capabilities to a large extent.Conclusion By serving as chief residents periodically,resident doctors in our clinical pathology department have effectively improved their competency for different core-jobs.This practice has demonstrated great significance in the cultivation of resident doctors with comprehensive capability and competency.
