临床病理科住院医师标本取材教学实践

Teaching practice of specimen collection for residency training physicians in the clinical pathology department

病理诊断作为“金标准”。对患者的诊疗起着至关重要的作用,获得一份规范化的病理诊断报告,大体取材及描述是最基础最重要的一步,也是成为一名合格的病理诊断医师的第一步。目前各医院的取材操作基本都由住院医师完成,因各地医疗水平不同,针对住院医师的取材培训也良莠不齐,而目前国内关于病理科标本取材培训的文献很少。浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院病理科是国内最早开展病理科住院医师规范化培训的单位之一,该文就临床病理科住院医师大体标本取材培训经验进行阐述,并以2019级—2021级共3届住院医师为研究对象进行取材培训并分析培训成果,以供参考。

Pathological diagnosis,as the "gold standard",plays a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Obtaining a pathological report with standardized diagnosis,specimen sampling and description is the most basic and important step,which is also the first step to become a qualified pathologist.At present,the operations of dissection in hospitals are almost completed by the residents.Due to the different medical levels in different regions,the trainings for the residents are also uneven.Currently,there are few literatures on the training of pathology specimen collection in China.The Department of Pathology of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital is one of the earliest units in China to carry out standardized training for residents of clinical pathology.This paper aims on the training and experience sharing of specimen collection for residency training physicians in the clinical pathology department.The results of the training were analyzed by taking the residents of three sessions from 2019 to 2021 as the research subjects for reference.
