新型纳米碳材SG5在氯丁橡胶胶管内外胶中的应用研究

摘要 选用氯丁橡胶(CR)胶管内外胶配方,采用新型纳米碳材SG5替代配方中的N550进行试验,考察了SG5替代N550对硫化胶硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性能、动态力学性能、生热及导热性能的影响。结果表明,随着SG5/N550共混比的增大,胶料的门尼粘度、M_(H)-M_(L)下降,t_(90)不变;硬度、拉伸强度、定伸应力略有下降,拉断伸长率、拉断永久变形增大,撕裂强度提高,耐磨性下降;硫化胶的导热系数增大,储能模量和损耗模量略有下降。 A new type of carbon nanomaterial SG5 was used to replace N550o in the formulation of the neoprene rubber(CR)tube inner and outer rubber,and the effects of SG5 on curing properties,mechanical properties,wear resistance,dynamic mechanical properties,heat build-up and thermal conductivity of vulcanizate were studied.The results showed that with the increase of SG5/N550 blending ratio,the M_(H)-M_(L) of vulcanizate decreased,the t_(90) remained the same,and the Mooney viscosity decreased.The hardness,tensile strength and modulus of the compound decreased slightly,the elongation at break and the permanent deformation at break increased,the tearing strength increased,and the wear resistance decreased.The thermal conductivity increased,the storage modulus and loss modulus decreased slightly.
