摘要
研究了碳纳米管(CNT)对硅橡胶(MVQ)、氟硅橡胶(FMVQ)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、乙丙橡胶(EPDM)性能的影响。结果表明,随着碳纳米管的加入,胶料的硫化程度有迟延现象,硬度增加较快,拉伸强度变化不大,拉断伸长率变小,老化性能提升,电性能变化明显,压缩永久变形变大,耐介质性能基本无变化。
The effects of carbon nanotube(CNT)on the properties of silicone rubber(MVQ),fluorosilicone rubber(FMVQ),hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR),nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)and ethylene propylene rubber(EPDM)were studied.The results showed that with the addition of CNT,the vulcanization degree of compounds was delayed,the hardness increased rapidly,the tensile strength changed little,the elongation at break decreased,the aging performance improved,the electrical properties changed obviously,and the compression set increased,and dielectric resistance basically do not changed.
