旋转油封唇口磨损仿真与实验验证

Simulation and Experimental Verification on Lip Wear of Rotary Oil Seal

摘要 为了研究旋转双唇油封的磨损情况,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立油封的轴对称模型,得到润滑条件下油封唇口的接触压力分布;结合Archard磨损方程,得到唇口磨损情况的模拟结果,并与实验结果对比,验证了此方法用于预测油封磨损的有效性;预测了油封使用5年后的磨损情况,并根据油封的接触宽度以及接触应力的分布对其密封性能进行了评价。结果表明,油封磨损5年后密封性能可靠,这为油封的磨损性能评价提供了良好的参考价值。 In order to study the wear of rotating double-lip seal,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish an axisymmetrical model of the oil seal,and the contact pressure distribution of the oil seal lip under lubrication condition was obtained by analyzing the model.The wear equation was used to calculate the wear,and the simulation results of the lip abrasion condition were obtained and compared with the experimental results.The results showed that the proposed method was effective in predicting oil seal wear.The wear condition of oil seal after 5 years of service was also predicted,and the sealing performance of oil seal was evaluated according to the contact width and the distribution of contact stress.The results showed that the sealing performance of the oil seal was still reliable after using 5 years,which provided a good reference for the wear performance evaluation of oil seal.
