摘要
舌咽神经阻滞可用于舌咽神经痛的鉴别诊断和治疗。本共识基于舌咽神经的解剖和生理功能,总结舌咽神经阻滞的适应证、禁忌证、阻滞技术操作方法、并发症防治和注意事项,为临床医生开展舌咽神经阻滞治疗提供指导。
Glossopharyngeal nerve block can be used in the differential diagnosis and treatment for the glossopharyngeal neuralgia.Based on the anatomy and function of the glossopharyngeal nerve,this guideline summarizes the indications,contraindications,block techniques,prevention and treatment of complications and precautions of the glossopharyngeal nerve block,to provide a guidance for clinicians for performing the glossopharyngeal nerve block.
