摘要
传统的术后病房监护模式和指标监测方法存在时效性差、精准度低等不足,对加速康复外科(ERAS)措施的有效实施影响较大。随着电子科技的进步,医疗相关的智能化可穿戴式监测设备也出现了井喷式发展,其中一部分已被证实可以实现围手术期应激水平监测、术后胃肠功能恢复状态评估以及术后生命体征监护等,这在一定程度上促进了ERAS走向数字化和智能化。尽管当下可穿戴式监测设备在使用方式及设备数据互通等方面仍面临较多挑战,但随着5G技术的成熟和设备设计制造能力的提升,相信这些问题将获得有效解决。
The traditional postoperative ward monitoring mode and index monitoring methods have poor timeliness and low accuracy,so they have great influence on the effective implementation of the measures of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS).Along with the progress of electronic technology,intelligent wearable monitoring devices related to medical treatment have also seen a spurt of development,some of which have been proved to be capable of monitoring perioperative stress level,evaluating postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery status and monitoring postoperative vital signs.To some extent,the use of such devices has helped ERAS to become digital and intelligent.At present,wearable monitoring devices still face many challenges in terms of the way they are used and the interoperability of device data.However,with the maturity of 5G technology and the improvement of equipment design and manufacturing capacity,we believe that these problems will be effectively solved.
