体外膜肺氧合专科护士核心知识能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the core knowledge evaluation index system of ECMO nurses

目的构建体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)护士核心知识评价指标体系,提高ECMO护士综合能力。方法采用ECMO护士核心知识调查问卷,选取6位临床护理专家,2位临床医疗专家,2位护理管理者,2位体外循环专家进行德尔菲(Delphi)专家函询。结果专家熟悉系数(Cs)0.963,判断系数(Ca)0.923,权威系数(Cr)0.943,问卷信度0.925,效度分析0.934。经过两轮专家函询,最终确立了ECMO护士核心知识评价指标体系,包含一级指标5条,二级指标14条,三级指标46条。一级指标的权重值分别为专业实践能力0.213,评判性思维能力0.204,专业发展能力0.188,沟通协调能力0.200,管理能力0.196。结论建立了ECMO护士科学、有效的核心知识评价指标体系,可为ECMO护士能力评价、培训、考核、选拔提供可量化指标,从而进一步促进我国ECMO技术护士专业化发展。

Objective To construct the core knowledge evaluation index system of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)nurses and to improve the comprehensive ability of ECMO nurses.Methods The core knowledge questionnaire of ECMO nurses was used,and 6 clinical nursing experts,2 clinical medical experts,2 nursing managers and 2 cardiopulmonary bypass experts participated in Delphi expert consultation.Results Expert familiarity coefficient(Cs)was 0.963,judgement coefficient(Ca)was 0.923,authority coefficient(Cr)was 0.943,questionnaire reliability was 0.925,and validity analysis was 0.934.After two rounds of expert correspondence consultation,the core knowledge system of ECMO nurses was finally established,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.The weight values of the first-level indicators included 0.213 professional practice ability,0.204 critical thinking ability,0.188 professional development ability,0.200 communication and coordination skills,0.196 management ability.Conclusions The scientific and effective core knowledge system of ECMO nurses is established,which can provide quantifiable indicators for the evaluation,training,examination and selection of ECMO nurses,and further promote the professional development of ECMO nurses in China.
