摘要 统筹推动职业教育“产业链—技术链—专业链”全贯穿式教学体系建设,对于学生全面发展与国家高层次技能人才培养具有关键作用。在厘清产业链、技术链、专业链三链融合模式基础上,从产业发展需求、现代化技术应用与专业课程教学三方面出发,对技能型社会背景下职业教育“产业链—技术链—专业链”全贯穿式教学体系的构建思路进行剖析,即要围绕产业发展需求促进技术技能型人才“增量培优”、推进职业教育人才培育“数智升级”、提升职业教育学生岗位“胜任能力”。技能型社会背景下职业教育“产业链—技术链—专业链”全贯穿式教学体系的构建策略为:在产业链促进专业链方面,以校企双方联动打造教学保障体系;在技术链推动专业链方面,以数字化技术构建教学支撑体系;在产业链融通技术链方面,以产业创新升级构造教学实践体系。 Promoting the construction of an"industrial chain-technical chain-specialty chain"teaching system in vocational education plays a key role in the all-round development of students and the training of national high-level skilled talents.On the basis of clarifying the integration model of the three chains of industrial chain,technology chain and specialty chain,starting from the three aspects of industrial development needs,modern technology application and specialty course teaching,the"industry-technology-specialty'vocational education under the background of a skilled society is fully integrated.The construction idea of the traditional teaching system is analyzed,that is,it is necessary to focus on the needs of industrial development,promote the""incremental training"of technical and skilled talents,promote the"digital intelligence upgrade"of vocational education talents,and improve the""competence"of vocational education students.The construction strategy of the"industrial chain-technical chain-specialty chain"full-through teaching system of vocational education under the background of a skilled society is as follows:in terms of promoting the specialty chain in the industrial chain,the school-enterprise linkage is used to create a teaching guarantee system;in terms of industrial chain,digital technology is used to build a teaching support system;in terms of industrial chain integration and technology chain,a teaching practice system is constructed with industrial innovation and upgrading.
