摘要
职业教育现场工程师是新发展背景下人才结构的新类型,其人才培养系职业教育高质量发展的历史实然、人才结构均衡化发展的核心应然、技能型社会体系构建的价值本然、产业升级与经济发展的现实必然。面对当前职业教育现场工程师人才培养所面临的培养标准与组织架构亟待明晰、校企合作与育人资源匹配不畅、学校招生与企业招工对接矛盾、培养方式与路径选择不明确等问题,建议加强宏观指导和政策支持,在实践中开展阶段性评价并形成标准方案;深化产教融合与校企协同,实行深度融合的现场工程师学院培养模式;完善招生培养一体化体系,发挥和强化学校与企业双主体育人的职责;坚持大职教观的培育理念,在职业教育体系视阈下创新工程教育改革。
Vocational education on-site engineers are a new type of talent structure under the new development background.Their talent cultivation is the historical necessity of high-quality development of vocational education,the core reality of balanced development of talent structure,the value essence of constructing a skilled social system,and the reality necessity of industrial upgrading and economic development.Faced with the urgent need for clarity in the training standards and organizational structure of on-site engineers in vocational education,poor matching of school-enterprise cooperation and educational resources,conflicts between school enrollment and enterprise recruitment,and unclear selection of training methods and paths,it is recommended to strengthen macro guidance and policy support,conduct phased evaluations in practice,and form standard plans;deepen the industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration,and implement a deep integration on-site engineering college training model;improve the integrated system of enrollment and training,and give full play to and strengthen the responsibilities of school and enterprise;adhere to the cultivation concept of vocational education and innovate engineering education reform from the perspective of the vocational education system.
