重视调查研究、勤于调查研究、善于调查研究是党的优良传统。中国共产党自成立以来,始终注重通过调查研究认识中国国情、了解群众呼声和诉求、推动科学决策。新民主主义革命时期,毛泽东就提出“没有调查,没有发言权”的著名论断。党的十八大以来,习近平进一步提出“没有调查,就没有发言权,更没有决策权”的论断,并要求在全党大兴调查研究之风。新时代新征程上深化党的建设,推动全面建设社会主义现代化国家需要我们继承和发扬党的调查研究的优良传统,运用好党开辟调查研究的有益经验,具体做到:一是树立调查研究的思想自觉政治自觉行动自觉,夯实调查研究的思想基础;二是坚持守正与创新相统一,运用好科学的调查方法;三是力戒形式主义和官僚主义,着力提高调查研究实效;四是完善调查研究制度,为开展好调查研究工作提供制度保障。

Attaching importance to investigation and research,being diligent in investigation and research,and being good at investigation and research are good traditions of the Party.Since its establishment,the CPC has always focused on understanding China's national conditions,understanding the voice and demands of the masses,and promoting scientific decision-making through investigation and research.During the New Democracy Revolution,Mao Zedong put forward the famous assertion that"there is no investigation and no right to speak':Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping further proposes the statement that"without investigation,there is no right to speak,let alone decision-making power',and demands the promotion of a trend of investigation and research throughout the entire party.Deepening Party building in the new era and new journey,and promoting the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country,we need to inherit and carry forward the excellent tradition of Party's investigation and research,and make good use of the beneficial experience of investigation and research.Specifically it is necessary to establish the ideological consciousness,political consciousness,and action consciousness of investigation and research,and consolidate the ideological foundation of investigation and research;Secondly,adhere to the unity of integrity and innovation,and use scientific investigation methods well;The third is to strongly oppose formalism and bureaucracy,and focus on improving the effectiveness of investigation and research;The fourth is to improve the investigation and research system,providing institutional guarantees for conducting good investigation and research work.
