支气管哮喘急性发作期血清C反应蛋白检验的效果分析

Effect of Serum C-reactive Protein Test during Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的 研究分析C反应蛋白检验对支气管哮喘急性发作期诊断作用。方法 选取2021年11月—2022年10月于淄博市妇幼保健院就诊的支气管哮喘急性发作期患者31例,同时选取同时期就诊的支气管哮喘稳定期患者31例,均予以C反应蛋白检验,比较支气管哮喘急性发作期及支气管哮喘稳定期患者的C反应蛋白指标数据,分析C反应蛋白检验诊断效能。结果 支气管哮喘稳定期患者C反应蛋白水平为(7.42±2.30)mg/L,明显低于支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的(47.92±10.12)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=21.728,P<0.05)。对于支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的诊断,血清C反应蛋白诊断效能较高,且与金标准一致性较高,Kappa值为0.871。结论 C反应蛋白检验用于支气管哮喘急性发作期诊断中,检验患者C反应蛋白水平,能够对患者是否处于支气管哮喘急性发作做出准确判断,疾病诊断作用良好,应用效果显著。

Objective To study the diagnostic effect of C-reactive protein test on acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,thirty-one patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected,and thirty-one patients with bronchial tube asthma at stable stage were selected as controls.All patients were examined by C-reactive protein test.The C-reactive pro‐tein index data of patients with bronchial asthma at acute attack stage and bronchial stable stage were compared,and the diagnostic efficiency of C-reactive protein test was analyzed.Results The C-reactive protein level in patients with stable bronchial tube asthma was(7.42±2.30)mg/L,which was significantly lower than that in patients with acute asthma attack(47.92±10.12)mg/L,and the difference was statistically(t=21.728,P<0.05).For the diagnosis of pa‐tients with acute attack of bronchial asthma,serum C reactive protein had high diagnostic efficacy and high agreement with the gold standard,with a Kappa value of 0.871.Conclusion C-reactive protein test is used in the diagnosis of acute attack of bronchial asthma.By testing the level of C-reactive protein in patients,it can accurately judge whether patients are in acute attack of bronchial asthma,and has a good diagnosis effect and significant application effect.
