高血压肾病的研究进展

Research progress of hypertensive nephropathy

高血压肾病发病机制复杂,包括血管、肾小球、肾小管间质损伤等,并受遗传、环境等因素影响,因此探究其发病机制对于高血压肾病的诊断、预防及治疗意义重大。在治疗方面,高血压肾病出现了新兴的诊疗方法,并达到了一定的效果。但在降压靶目标的确定上仍存在争议。因此,现就高血压肾病的定义、损伤机制及治疗研究进展做一综述。

Hypertensive nephropathy(HTN) possesses complex pathogenesis,including vascular,glomerular and tubulointerstitial injury etc,which is affected by genetic,environmental and other factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore its pathogenesis for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of HTN.In terms of treatment,a new method of diagnosis and treatment of HTN has emerged,and achieved certain results.However,there is still controversy on the determination of pressure lowering target.Therefore,the present article reviews research progress of the definition,injury mechanism and treatment of HTN.
