摘要
糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)是一种心肌特异性疾病,可增加心衰和死亡的风险。DCM的发病机制十分复杂,其确切发病机制仍未明确,目前研究发现外泌体携带的信号分子能介导细胞间的信息传递,在DCM的发生发展中起到一定的作用。本文就外泌体在DCM中的调节和功能作一综述,以期为DCM的临床认知和治疗提供新方向。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) is a myocardium-specific disease that increases risk of heart failure(HF) and death.Pathogenesis of DCM is very complex,and its exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Current studies have found that signaling molecules carried by exosomes can mediate intercellular information delivery and play a certain role in occurrence and development of DCM.The present article makes a review on regulation and function of exosomes in DCM,aiming at providing a new direction for clinical cognition and treatment of DCM.
