猴头菌提取物颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特与多潘立酮用于功能性消化不良症中的效果对比分析

Comparative analysis of the effect of Hericium erinaceus extract granules combined with compound azinide and domperidone in functional dyspepsia

目的 探究猴头菌提取物颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特与多潘立酮用于功能性消化不良症中的效果。方法 选取乌鲁木齐市第一人民医院药剂科2020年2月~2023年2月收治的86例功能性消化不良症患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用多潘立酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用猴头菌提取物颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、胃排空情况、生活质量、不良反应。结果 观察组临床总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%(P <0.05);治疗前两组临床症状(餐后上腹疼痛、嗳气、胀气、饱胀感)积分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组上述临床症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者胃排空率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%(P <0.05);治疗前两组生活质量量表(SF-36)评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组SF-36评分均上升,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.98%,与对照组的11.63%相比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 猴头菌提取物颗粒联合复方阿嗪米特与多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良症,可有效改善临床症状,提高胃排空率,改善生活质量,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the comparative analysis of the effect of Hericium erinaceus extract granule combined with compound azinide and domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods A total of 86 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Pharmacy Department of Urumqi First People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with domperidone,and the observation group was treated with Hericium erinaceus extract granule combined with compound azinide on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,gastric emptying,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(81.40%)(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the scores of clinical symptoms(postmeal upper abdominal pain,belching,gas and fullness) between the two groups(P<0.05),and after treatment,the scores of the above clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate of observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than that of control group(76.74%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in quality of life(SF-36) scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SF-36 scores of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.98%,which had no significant difference compared with 11.63% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Hericium erinaceus extract granule combined with compound azinide and domperidone has significant efficacy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,increase gastric empting rate and improve quality of life,with high safety.
