新文科背景下地方高校书院制改革的路径与方法

摘要 书院制与新文科建设两者之间高度关联,其核心要义均指向弱化学科边界、打破学科壁垒。这两者之间的互动关系,为分析新文科背景下的地方高校书院制改革提供了逻辑起点。地方高校新文科建设堵点主要表现为学科发展机制相对固化、人才培养模式基本局限于专业内部等。应围绕“把握文科发展的基本规律”“推促跨学科协同创新机制”“文科人才培养改革”三个方面确定书院制教育改革的“路径”。为此,新文科背景下地方高校书院制改革的应然行动路向在于发挥书院协调育人优势,构建“三全育人”新格局;注重书院改革顶层设计,健全规章制度保障体系;强化书院的服务理念,提升协同育人水平;聚焦改革的共性问题,构建书院院系的多方联动机制。 There is an intensive bond between the academy system and new liberal arts construction,the keynote of which all points to weakening the disciplinary boundary and breaking the disciplinary barrier.The interaction between them provides a logical starting point for analyzing the academy system reform in local universities under the background of new liberal arts.The obstacles of new liberal arts construction in local universities are shown in the relative solidification of disciplinary development mechanism,talent training modes confined to interior majors,etc.The paths for the academy system reform should be determined according to“grasping basic rules for liberal arts development”,“promoting the interdisciplinary collaborative innovation mechanism”,and“reform of talent cultivation in liberal arts”.Therefore,the academy system reform in local universities under the background of new liberal arts should be implemented by giving play to the academy s advantages in the coordinated cultivation of talents and constructing a new“three-wide education”pattern,paying attention to the top-level design of academy reform and perfecting the guarantee system of rules and regulations,reinforcing the academy s service ideas and promoting the level of cooperative education,focusing on the common problems in reform and constructing a multiple linkage mechanism of the academy and schools.
