摘要
文章分析了自动气象站非自主可控带来的卡脖子问题,提出了自动气象站自主可控的要求,并结合当前自动气象站技术自主可控现状,从制定发展前沿科技企业战略、加快产业融合、提高研究经费投入、加强创新型人才引进和培养、多元化采购、大力支持并发展国产设备、校企合作-协同发展、制定相应的行业规范等方面给出高端气象装备自主可控发展策略。
This paper analyzes the bottleneck problem caused by non autonomous control of automatic weather stations,proposes the requirements for autonomous control of automatic weather stations,and combines the current situation of autonomous control of automatic weather station technology to formulate strategies for developing cutting-edge technology enterprises,accelerate industrial integration,increase research funding investment,strengthen the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents,diversify procurement,vigorously support and develop domestic equipment,and cooperate with schools and enterprises for collaborative development,develop corresponding industry standards and provide strategies for the independent and controllable development of high-end meteorological equipment.
