摘要
加强国有企业职业经理人队伍建设是深化国有企业改革、健全市场化经营机制的重要任务。针对目前国有企业职业经理人管理存在的主要问题,文章在总结国有企业相关实践经验的基础上,提出了建立健全企业法人治理结构、构建职业经理人全周期管理体系的建议,为加快打造一支高素质充满活力的职业经理人队伍,充分激发职业经理人干事创业的积极性、主动性、创造性,实现国有企业优势与市场化机制相结合的目的提供借鉴和思路。
Strengthening the construction of the professional manager team in state-owned enterprises is an important task to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and improve the market-oriented operation mechanism.In response to the main problems in the management of professional managers in state-owned enterprises,based on summarizing the relevant practical experience of state-owned enterprises,suggestions are proposed to establish and improve the corporate governance structure of enterprises and build a full cycle management system for professional managers to solve the problems,to accelerate the construction of a high-quality and dynamic professional manager team,fully stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity of professional managers in entrepreneurship,and provide reference and ideas for the purpose of combining the advantages of state-owned enterprises with market-oriented mechanisms.
