Research on the model of intellectual property and innovation management platform:taking the“University Patent Competitiveness Analysis Platform”as an example

做好知识产权创新管理工作是推动我国科技进步发展的重要举措,知识产权创新管理平台是推进知识产权发展的重要载体。文章提出了知识产权创新管理平台的概念,分析了知识产权创新管理平台的用户期望及创新效用,阐释了知识产权创新管理平台服务框架及服务方式,最后以笔者参与建设的南京工业大学“高校专利竞争力分析平台”为例,为知识产权创新管理平台建设提供实践经验。

Effectively managing intellectual property innovation is a crucial initiative for advancing scientific and technological progress in our country.An intellectual property innovation management platform serves as a vital instrument for promoting the development of intellectual property.This article presents the concept of such a platform,examines user expectations and innovation utility,elucidates the platform’s service framework and methods,and finally,provides practical experience through the author’s involvement in constructing the“University Patent Competitiveness Analysis Platform”at Nanjing Tech University.
