摘要
中医药学研究硕果累累,而民族地区高校的实验教学与本学科科学前沿成果脱节,严重制约了民族创新人才的培养。基于实际工作探索和总结,文章提出了将中医药学科研创新成果融入药学实验教学的设想,分析了中医药学科研成果向药学实验教学转化的限制性因素,提出了将中医药学科研成果通过引领课程目标、落实基本内容、细化教学过程、深化思政育人、评价教学效果、提升质量反馈的链条模式转化成实验教学内容,旨在提高中医药学科研成果向药学实验教学的转化率,并提升相应实验教学的质量和水平。
The research on traditional Chinese medicine has achieved fruitful results,but the experimental teaching in universities in ethnic regions is disconnected from the cutting-edge scientific achievements of this discipline,which seriously restricts the cultivation of innovative talents for ethnic minorities.Based on practical work exploration and summary,the article proposes the idea of integrating innovative achievements in traditional Chinese medicine research into pharmaceutical experimental teaching.It analyzes the limiting factors for the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine research achievements into pharmaceutical experimental teaching,and proposes to guide course objectives,implement basic content,refine teaching process,deepen ideological and political education,evaluate teaching effectiveness transforming the chain mode of improving quality feedback into experimental teaching content,aiming to improve the conversion rate of traditional Chinese medicine research achievements into pharmaceutical experimental teaching,and to enhance the quality and level of corresponding experimental teaching.
