地理视角下的马鞍山市公共服务空间格局分析

Analysis of the spatial pattern of public service in Ma’anshan city from a geographical perspective

随着社会经济的不断发展,面向民生的公共服务越来越受到重视。为了定量进行城市公共服务空间格局监测,文章选择马鞍山市为试点区域,依托GIS空间分析方法,从教育、医疗、文体、公园绿地、社会服务等方面进行城市公共服务格局综合测度,旨在服务马鞍山市城市规划、公共服务工程选址等。研究结果表明:2018—2020年,马鞍山各区基本公共服务水平稳定,逐步增强的区域集中在博望区,其他地区变化不明显;2018—2020年,从核心公共服务空间格局指标来看,近3年马鞍山市城区的核心公共服务空间格局基本稳定,博望区公共服务空间格局有望进一步增强。

With the continuous development of the social economy,public services for people’s livelihoods are increasingly valued.In order to quantitatively monitor the spatial pattern of urban public services,this paper selects Maanshan as the pilot area,and relies on GIS spatial analysis method to comprehensively measure the urban public service pattern from education,medical care,sports,parks and green space,social services and other aspects,aiming at serving the urban planning of Maanshan,public service project site selection,etc.The research results show that from 2018 to 2020,the basic public service level in each district of Maanshan was stable,and the gradually increasing areas was concentrated in Bowang district,while other areas did not change significantly;from 2018 to 2020,from the perspective of the indicators of the spatial pattern of core public services,the spatial pattern of core public services in the urban area of Maanshan city has been basically stable in the past three years,and the spatial pattern of public services in Bowang district is expected to be further strengthened.
