南通青年发展型城市建设水平的比较研究

Comparative study on the construction level of Nantong youth development city

文章从主体性、包容性、流动性、参与性、可持续性等系统层选取15个评价指标构建起青年发展型城市建设水平评价体系,运用熵权-TOSIS模型对南通青年发展型城市建设水平进行比较研究。文章研究发现:子系统层中参与性与主体性对青年发展型城市建设影响最大;南通青年发展型城市建设水平位于江苏省内第5次序,与省内平均水平基本一致;聚类分析表明,南通处于第二梯队的中间水平,远落后于第一梯队的南京与苏州;短板主要集中表现在就业结构、城乡协调、收入水平、师资力量等方面,并据此提出针对性建议。

A youth development city construction level evaluation system was constructed by selecting 15 evaluation indicators from the system level of subjectivity,inclusivity,mobility,participation,and sustainability.The entropy weight-TOSIS model was used to compare and study the construction level of Nantong’s youth development city.Research has found that participation and subjectivity at the subsystem level have the greatest impact on the construction of youth development cities.The construction level of Nantong’s youth development city is in the fifth order within Jiangsu province,which is basically consistent with the average level within the province;cluster analysis shows that Nantong is at the middle level of the second tier,far behind Nanjing and Suzhou in the first tier;the main shortcomings are reflected in the employment structure,urban-rural coordination,income level,and faculty strength,and targeted suggestions are proposed accordingly.
