乙烯裂解炉用圆形低NO_(x)燃烧器燃烧情况数值模拟

摘要 以某裂解炉用圆形低NO_(x)燃烧器为例,通过建立几何模型、网格划分、模型选取、条件设置及迭代计算等过程运用CFD技术对炉内的燃烧情况进行了数值模拟,并对计算结果进行了分析,得到了炉膛内的燃烧流动和温度分布情况,为低NO_(x)燃烧器的研发和设计提供依据。 Through taking an ethylene cracking furnace’s low NO_(x) circular burner as an example,and establishing the geometric model,dividing meshes,choosing control equations,setting boundary conditions and implementing iterative calculation and applying CFD technologies,the combustion of the low NO_(x) circular burner in the furnace were simulated.Analyzing the results of the simulation shows that,both fluid flow and temperature distribution within the hearth can be obtained to provide the basis for both development and design of the low NO_(x) burner.
