摘要
工装在雷达天线装配中起到承载天线阵面、保证装配精度的作用。天线暗室测试也需要工装来调整天线与测试场之间的相对位置。文中针对某型雷达天线的装配和测试任务,设计了一体化工装,利用Creo软件进行CAD建模,通过ANSYS WorkBench软件对关键结构件的刚强度进行校核。仿真分析和检验结果满足设计要求。研制的装配测试一体化工装的实际应用结果满足任务要求,可以提高装配效率,保证产品精度,满足测试要求,为后续同类工装的研制提供了借鉴。
Toolings play a role in bearing the antenna array and ensuring the assembly accuracy in radar antenna assembly.It is also necessary for adjusting the relative position between antenna and test field.The integrated tooling is designed in this paper for the assembly and test tasks of a type of radar antenna.CAD modeling is carried out by Creo software,and the stiffness and strength of key structural parts are checked by ANSYS WorkBench software.The results of simulation analysis and inspection meet the design requirements.The practical application results of the integrated assembly and testing tooling meet the task requirements.The tooling can improve the assembly efficiency,ensure the product accuracy,meet the testing requirements and provide reference for the subsequent development of similar toolings.
