基于GIS的泉州市主城区医疗卫生服务设施空间分布研究

Research on Spatial Distribution of Medical and Health Service Facilities based on GIS:A Case Study of Main Urban Area of Quanzhou

医疗卫生服务设施空间分布的合理性与实用性,关系到城市是否持续健康发展。为此,加强城市医疗卫生服务设施在空间分布与配置方面的研究,对城市整体提升医疗卫生服务能力尤为重要。运用数理统计方法和GIS空间分析方法中的核密度分析法、标准差椭圆分析法,对泉州市鲤城区、丰泽区的医疗卫生服务设施进行空间分布分析与评价,研究发现:①泉州市主城区医疗卫生服务设施呈现“单中心、多条带”的圈层式衰减的分布格局;②泉州市主城区的医疗卫生服务设施呈现东西走向趋势。据此,对泉州市主城区医疗卫生服务设施分布,提出空间分布差异化建设建议与政策改善建议。

The rationality and practicality of the spatial distribution of medical and health service facilities are related to the sustainable and healthy development of cities.Therefore,strengthening research on the spatial distribution and configuration of urban medical and health service facilities is particularly important for improving the overall medical and health service capacity of the city.The kernel density analysis and standard deviation ellipse analysis method of mathematical statistics and GIS Spatial analysis are used to analyze and evaluate the spatial distribution of medical and health service facilities in Licheng District and Fengze District of Quanzhou City.The research findings are as follows:①The medical and health service facilities in the main urban area of Quanzhou City exhibit a distribution pattern of"single center,multiple belts"with a circular attenuation;②The medical and health service facilities in the main urban area of Quanzhou City are showing an east-west trend.Based on this,suggestions for spatial differentiation construction and policy improvement are proposed for the distribution of medical and health service facilities in the main urban area of Quanzhou City.
