基于驱动力和工业化视角的福建省建筑业转型研究

摘要 为探究福建省建筑业转型发展状况及其突出问题,明确建筑业转型发展评价要素及路线,建立多维评价指标体系,选取全国2010~2018年指标数据,基于加权秩和比综合评价法和超效率DEA模型,从驱动力及工业化视角进行对比分析。结果显示,我国建筑业发展仍依赖资本驱动和劳动力生产。福建省建筑业资本密集,技术发展缓慢,对劳动力依赖程度高,转型发展未见成效。分析原因发现其企业创新不足,政策相对保守,工业化推进缓慢,应加快创新驱动建筑业转型升级。 In order to explore the level of transformation and outstanding problems of Fujian construction industry,clarify the evaluation elements and routes of the transformation and development.Establish a multidimensional evaluation index system.Select the national index data from 2010 to 2018.Based on the weighted rank sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method and super-efficiency DEA model,comparative analysis is from the perspective of driving force and industrialization.The results show that the development of China's construction industry is dependent on capital-driven and labor production.The construction industry in Fujian is capital-intensive.It is highly dependent on labour and the technological development is slow.It relies on capital to drive the development of construction industry and failed in transition.The analysis of the reasons shows that Fujian construction enterprises have weak innovation,large but not strong.Its policy is relatively conservative,and industrialization is slow.It should accelerate innovation-driven transformation and upgrading.
