与国际高等教育接轨的研究生培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of Graduate Students in Line with International Higher Education

研究生培养是高等教育中的重要组成成分。很多研究生在开展文献综述工作时往往只局限在国内中文参考范围内,而忽略国外英文参考文献。针对该现状,该文分析造成这种局面的原因并给出相应的解决方案。首先,高等院校可为研究生开展学术培训,着重讲解各种英文数据库及学术工具的使用方法;此外,高等院校可以鼓励或资助研究生参加国际性学术会议并作学术报告,并通过英语与国际同行开展交流;最后,高等院校可以邀请国外学者在国内开展学术报告或其他交流活动,并动员研究生积极参加,为后期的合作研究铺垫基础。通过采取以上举措,旨在建立与国际高等教育接轨的研究生培养模式。

Training postgraduate students is an important part in higher education.The authors of this paper found that when a number of students were conducting literature research,they always only focused on Chinese literatures.In contrast,the overseas English literatures were usually neglected.Based on this situation,the authors of this paper analyzed the corresponding reasons.Aiming at solving those questions,the authors proposed the corresponding solving methods.First,the university or college can conduct academic training for postgraduate students.In this training,more emphasis can be given to the using methods of various English database and academic tools.Additionally,university or college can encourage or fund postgraduate students to attend international academic conferences and give presentation.Moreover,postgraduate students can communicate withinternational peers in English.Last,university or college can invite overseas scholars to give academic reports or other activities.Moreover,students can be encouraged to attend those activities.Therefore,it can provide basement for the following collaborative research.Through adopting those methods,it aims at establishing the postgraduate training mode in which the international higher education can be connected.
