产学合作协同育人是应对当前发展形势、实现人才培养模式创新的重要举措,校企联合实践基地在产学合作协同育人方面意义凸显。该文根据对校企联合实践基地建设的系统思考,认为识别校企核心资源、识别发展诉求是实践基地建设的重点基础,这是校企能否合作建设实践基地的基石;互补互利、互动合作、沟通反馈、规范管理是实践基地建设的关键要点,这是实践基地能否正常健康运转的核心所在。最后分享具体校企联合实践基地建设的案例。

Industry-university cooperation and collaborative education is an important measure to cope with the current development situation and realize the innovation of talent training mode.The school-enterprise joint practice base has prominent significance in industry-university cooperation and collaborative education.Based on the systematic thinking on the construction of the school-enterprise joint practice base,the thesis believes that identifying the core resources and development demands of schools and enterprises is the key basis for the construction of practice bases,and complementarity and mutual benefit,interaction and cooperation,communication and feedback,and standardized management are the key points of practice base construction.Finally,the case of the construction of a specific school-enterprise joint practice base was shared.
