政府补贴、技术创新与电子信息制造企业高质量发展

Government Subsidies,Technological Innovation and High-quality Development of Electronic Information Manufacturing Enterprises

基于2017-2021年电子信息制造企业披露的财务数据,探索政府补贴、技术创新与电子信息制造企业发展质量之间的影响机制。实证结果表明,政府补贴对电子信息制造企业发展质量具有抑制作用,对企业技术创新具有显著促进作用,这种促进作用间接弱化了政府补贴对企业发展质量造成的抑制作用,可以解释为遮掩效应;异质性检验结果表明,政府补贴对不同地区、不同产权性质企业的作用效果存在差异,在国有企业和中西部地区电子信息制造企业中抑制作用更加明显。据此提出,政府应丰富补贴形式、严格审查被补贴企业资质以及制定差异化政策等建议,以期为政府补贴助力我国电子信息制造企业高质量发展提供参考。

Based on the financial data disclosed by electronic information manufacturing 2017 to 2021,explore whether there is a certain relationship between government subsidies,technological innovation and the development quality of electronic information manufacturing enterprises.The empirical results show that government subsidies have a restraining effect on the development quality of electronic information manufacturing enterprises and a significant promoting effect on enterprise technological innovation,which indirectly weakens the inhibitory effect of government subsidies on the development quality of enterprises,which can be explained as a concealing effect.The results of the heterogeneity test show that the effect of government subsidies on enterprises with different property rights in different regions is different,and the inhibitory effect is more obvious in state-owned enterprises and electronic information manufacturing enterprises in central and western regions.To this end,it is proposed that the government should enrich the forms of subsidies,strictly review the qualifications of subsidized enterprises,and formulate differentiated policies,in order to provide reference for government subsidies to help the high-quality development of China's electronic information manufacturing enterprises.
