基于MOA模型的高校学科竞赛与学生创新能力培养研究

Research on Subject Competition and Cultivation of Students’Innovative A bility in Universities Based on MOA Model

学科竞赛是培养新文科专业学生创新能力的一个重要手段。伴随新文科建设全面推进,为探究学科竞赛推动创新能力提升的影响机制,基于MOA模型,对新文科专业学生的创新能力影响因素提出假设并验证。结果表明,环境和技能对新文科大学生创新能力具有显著的正向影响,而动机和实践对创新能力影响不显著。因此,针对性地从加大竞赛举办力度、运行以赛促学模式、完善激励机制和注重实践培养4个方面,提出学科竞赛视角下的新文科专业学生创新能力培养建议。

Discipline competitions are an important means to cultivate the innovative ability of new liberal arts students.Along with the comprehensive promotion of the construction of new liberal arts,in order to explore the influence mechanism of discipline competition to promote the improvement of innovation ability,based on the MOA model,the article proposes hypotheses and verify the influencing factors of the innovation ability of new liberal arts students.The conclusion of the analysis shows that environment and skill dimensions have significant positive influence on innovation ability,while motivation and practice dimensions do not have significant relationship on innovation ability.Therefore,this article targetedly puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of innovative ability of new liberal arts students from the perspective of subject competition from four aspects:increasing the intensity of competition,running the mode of promoting learning by competition,perfecting the incentive mechanism,forming the whole process competition guidance team.
