College Students Innovation Methods Competition and Cultivation of Innovative Talents

激发大学的创新活力,提升大学生创新创业能力,营造大学生创新创业良好环境,以及培养掌握科学思维、科学方法和科学工具的创新型人才是大学生创新方法大赛办赛的主要目的。主要从赛事组织管理角度介绍大赛自举办以来平台建设情况与人才培养现状,重点对大赛创新型人才培养模式进行总结。结合问卷调查分析,对目前赛事及人才培养存在的不足提出建议,即通过加强大赛组织管理建设、创新方法课程建设和创新方法师资队伍培养等方式加快创新型人才培养。

To arouse university innovation vitality,improve university students’innovative comprehensive capabilities,create a good environment for university students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and cultivate innovative talents with the ability to master scientific thinking,scientific methods,and scientific tools are the main aim of the college students innovation methods competition.This paper mainly introduces the training status of innovative talents and platform construction since the holding of the Competition from the perspective of the organization and management,focusing on the summary of training mode of innovative talents,putting forward the suggestions for the current competition and talent training shortcomings with questionnaire survey analysis.That is to accelerate the training of innovative talents by strengthening the construction of competition organization and management,strengthening the construction of innovative courses and the training of innovative teachers.
