摘要
随着时代的发展,社会对于人才培养的要求也在逐渐变化,尤其是近几年的“新工科”建设如火如荼推进,创新型人才的需求与标准也在逐年上升,这对高校人才培养工作提出了新的要求,也相应凸显了一些瓶颈性问题。而对于解决问题的一些关键环节,在人才培养的其他领域中已经通过“ESCPR”五位一体模型和思想政治教育价值引领作用发挥,达到了问题的解决。基于这一事实,结合当前基层学院创新创业教育工作实际和对学生群体的调研,对问题现状、成因进行了分析,以问题为导向,依托五位一体模型,把握价值引领在CDIO产品全链条中的相关定位,探究了质量提升路径,初步凝练了适配新工科建设的双创教育体系并予以了实践,总结形成了基层学院创新创业教育体系的建设经验。
With the development of the times,the requirements of the society for talent training are also changing gradually.Especially in recent years,the construction of“new engineering”is in full swing,and the demand and standards for innovative talents are also rising year by year. This puts forward new requirements for talent training in colleges and universities, and correspondingly highlights some bottleneck problems. For some key links to solve problems, in other fields of talent training, the "ESCPR" five-in-one model and the value leading role of ideological and political education have been used to solve problems. Based on this fact,combined with the current practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in grass-roots colleges and the survey of student groups, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the problem, takes the problem-oriented approach, relies on the five-in-one model, grasps the relevant positioning of value leadership in the whole chain of CDIO products, explores the path of quality improvement, and initially refines and practices the innovation and entrepreneurship education system suitable for the construction of new engineering courses, The construction experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in grass-roots colleges has been summarized and formed.
