碳达峰与碳中和(以下简称“双碳”)是当前和未来经济社会发展的主旋律。在“双碳”目标背景下,文化产业高质量发展有了新的内涵和动因,也面临着新的机遇与挑战。“双碳”目标下文化产业要实现高质量发展,必须加强政府引导和支持,推进文化产业结构优化升级,坚持文化产业绿色低碳创新,积极引入有效的碳定价机制,充分发挥绿色金融的扶持作用。

Carbon peak and carbon neutralization(hereinafter referred to as“double carbon”)is the main melody of current and future economic and social development.Under the background of“double carbon”goal,the high-quality development of cultural industry has new connotation and motivation,and also faces new opportunities and challenges.In order to achieve high-quality development of cultural industry under the goal of“double carbon”,we must strengthen government guidance and support,promote the optimization and upgrading of cultural industry structure,adhere to green and low-carbon innovation of cultural industry,actively introduce an effective carbon pricing mechanism,and give full play to the supporting role of green finance.
