低植株果实收获机的设计与实现

摘要 在新农科政策背景下,农业现代化的发展速度不断加快,当前市场迫切需要新型农机进入。为适应农业现代化的需求,在智慧农机领域方面,针对传统农机无法进入农田的问题,提出用万向可升降履带的方法,四条履带通过可升降操作控制其行进方向,转轴可以控制机身的作业方位。针对除泥方面,设计了多级除泥法,不仅可以减轻劳动强度,还可以降低对果实的损害。在整个设计过程中,采用Inventor仿真实验得出机器模拟图和应力测试,然后采用Proteus仿真实验出不同重力条件下控制其不同的出水量大小,从而达到多级除泥的目的。文章提出多级除泥、万向可升降式履带的设计方案,旨在提高机器效率,避免机器在雨雪天气无法作业的情况发生。 Under the background of the new agricultural science policy,the development speed of agricultural modernization is accelerating,and the market needs new agricultural machinery urgently.In order to meet the needs of agricultural modernization,in the field of smart agricultural machinery,in view of the problem that traditional agricultural machinery can not enter the field,the method of using universal adjustable track is proposed,which means that four tracks control the direction of travel through the adjustable operation,and the rotating shaft can control the operating orientation of the fuselage.And for the mud removal,a multilevel mud removal method is designed,which can reduce labor intensity and the damage to the fruit.In the whole design process,inventor simulation experiment are used for machine simulation diagram and stress test,and then,Proteus simulation experiment are used to control the size of different water output under different gravity conditions,so as to achieve the purpose of multistage mud removal.The paper innovatively proposes the design scheme of multistage mud removal and universal lifting crawler,aiming to improve the efficiency of the machine and avoid the situation that the machine can not work in rain and snow.
