摘要
作为企业进行科学研判与决策的重要参考信息,对竞争情报进行精准挖掘是企业亟须解决的问题。针对当前产品竞争情报分析存在研究视角单一、时效性不足等问题,提出了一种多源数据驱动视角下的产品主题演化分析与竞争情报挖掘方法。该方法包括多源数据收集及预处理、产品主题提取与演化趋势分析以及产品竞争策略提出等3个阶段。最后以智能手环为例,验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明,该方法能够为企业及时、全面、准确地了解产品竞争态势以及优化产品创新路径提供决策理论支持。
Competitive intelligence is an important reference information for scientific research and decision making,and its accurate mining is a problem that enterprises need to solve urgently.This paper proposes a multi-source data-driven competitive intelligence analysis method based on theme evolution,which includes three stages:multi-source data collection and pre-processing,product theme extraction and evolution trend analysis,and product competition strategy proposal.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by using a smart bracelet as a case study.The results show that the method can provide timely,comprehensive and accurate theoretical support for enterprises to clarify the competitive situation of products and optimise the product innovation path.
