Research on the Development Situation of the Global Lighthouse Network

近年来,产业界的数字化转型备受关注,自第四次工业革命(工业4.0)概念被推出以来,世界顶尖制造企业加快了技术迭代的步伐。从灯塔工厂的概念与遴选标准、产业分布和制造模式、发展趋势3个层次分析全球灯塔工厂的发展态势,通过分析部分先行企业的数字化转型实践案例,认为灯塔工厂的兴起丰富了工业4.0的内涵。最后概括灯塔工厂具有的主要特征,总结灯塔工厂的转型经验和启示,为全球制造业发展积累经验。

In recent years,the digital transformation of the industry has received much attention,and since the concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution(Industry 4.0)was introduced,the world’s top manufacturing companies have accelerated the pace of technology iteration.The development trend of global lighthouse factories is analyzed from 3 levels:the concept and selection criteria,the industrial distribution and manufacturing mode,and development trend.By introducing some practical cases of digital transformation of leading enterprises,it is concluded that the rise of lighthouse factories has enriched the connotation of Industry 4.0.Finally,the main characteristics and enlightenments of lighthouse factories are summarized to accumulate experience for global manufacturing development.
