肝脏相关疾病发生发展中的铁超载

Iron overload in liver-related diseases

铁是人体内必不可少的一种金属元素,调节着体内多种酶的活性。铁代谢稳态的维持对于正常生理过程的进行意义重大,当机体发生铁超载时脂质过氧化增强、活性氧大量增加,引发细胞毒性甚至细胞死亡,进而导致组织器官功能障碍。随着对铁死亡研究的深入,发现铁超载介导铁死亡在多种肝病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,本文就铁超载在肝脏相关疾病发生发展的作用的研究进展作一综述。

Iron is an essential metal element in the human body,which regulates the activities of various enzymes in the body.The maintenance of iron metabolism homeostasis is of great significance for normal physiological processes.When the body is overloaded with iron,lipid peroxidation is enhanced and reactive oxygen species increase greatly.The process above can lead to cytotoxicity and even cell death,and then lead to tissue and organ dysfunction.With the in-depth research on ferroptosis,it has been found that iron overload mediated ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of liver diseases.This article reviewed the research progress of iron overload in the occurrence and development of liver-related diseases.
