摘要
1例34岁男性以反复长期黄疸、腹泻就诊的患者,经基因检测等检查确诊为轻型β-地中海贫血,临床上该病多以黄疸、腹泻就诊,本文旨在提高临床医师的警觉性,及时识别出血液系统疾病并治疗,减少漏诊、误诊的发生。
A 34-year-old young male presented with recurrent prolonged jaundice and diarrhea.He was diagnosed with mildβ-Thalassemia by genetic test and other tests.There are many patients who present to the clinic with jaundice and diarrhea as the main cause,and this article aimed to raise clinicians′alertness to identify and treat hematologic disorders in a timely manner.
