摘要
本文介绍了氮化工艺在钻杆接头螺纹处理中的应用研究,对离子渗氮和氮碳共渗这两种氮化处理原理及过程进行了分析和对比。接头离子渗氮工艺是将工件置于真空炉中,接头接离子电源阴极,炉体接阳极,在电场的作用下,氮离子定向撞击阴极,在一定的气氛和温度下,接头吸收氮原子,形成氮化层的工艺。接头螺纹离子渗氮后,氮化层的渗层深度、渗层脆性、渗层疏松等满足评价等级要求,使接头螺纹具有良好的综合性能。
In this paper,authors introduce the application study of nitriding process in thread treatment of drill pipe joints,analyze and compare the principles and processes of ion nitriding and nitrocarburizing.The joint ion nitriding process is a process in which the workpiece is placed in a vacuum furnace,the joint is connected to an ion power cathode of the ion power supply,and the furnace body is connected to an anode.Under the action of an electric field,nitrogen ions strike the cathode in a directional manner and under a certain atmosphere and temperature,the joint absorbs nitrogen atoms to form a nitriding layer.After ion nitriding of joint thread,the penetration depth,brittleness,and looseness of the nitrided layer the joint thread meet requirements of evaluation grade so that the joint thread has a good comprehensive performance.
