底吹熔炼渣中铜与铁组分贫化分离工业化试验 被引量:1

摘要 氧气底吹炼铜工艺具有速度快、能耗低、冰铜品位高等优点,底吹熔炼渣中铜含量高达5%,但渣选处理后,尾渣含铜≥0.30%,铜回收率低。尾渣磁选后,铁精矿中全铁含量≤50%,无法利用,大量堆积既污染环境,又浪费资源。利用熔渣物理热与高化学活性的特点,采用新型添加剂(FeS2和C为主的改性剂),促进熔渣中铜与铁组分长大与沉降,为后续渣选分离创造了条件。工业化试验结果表明,在12 m3渣包中加入添加剂,渣选分离后,尾渣含铜比未加药剂降低0.21%,铁精矿中全铁含量≥51%,接近铁精矿的标准,为底吹炼铜熔渣综合利用开辟了新的途径。 The oxygen bottom blowing copper process has the advantages of high speed,low energy consumption and high matte grade.The copper content in bottom blowing smelting slag is as high as 5%.After slag separation treatment,the copper content in tail slag is≥0.30%,and the copper recovery rate is low.After magnetic separation of tailings,the total iron content in iron concentrate is less than or equal to 50%,which cannot be used and accumulates in large quantities,polluting the environment and wasting resources.In this paper,a new additive is used to promote the growth and settlement of copper and iron components in slag by using the physical thermal and high chemical activity characteristics of slag,which creates conditions for subsequent slag separation.The industrial test results show that the copper content of tailings is 0.21%lower than that without additive after adding additive to 12 m 3 slag ladle,and the total iron content in iron concentrate is≥51%,which reaches the standard of iron concentrate.This method opens up a new way for the comprehensive utilization of copper melt slag in bottom blowing.
