基于医患共识的医学辅助检查健康教育微信公众平台的方案构建

Constructing a WeChat public platform scheme for health education in medical auxiliary examination based on doctor-patient consensus

目的:构建基于医患共识的医学辅助检查(MAE)健康教育微信公众平台方案。方法:以质性访谈及问卷调查为基础拟定专家函询问卷,选择来自检验、影像、护理等领域的18位专家进行两轮德尔菲专家函询,以确定MAE健康教育微信公众平台方案。结果:两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.880、0.885,Kendall系数分别为0.248、0.271。基于医患共识的MAE健康教育微信公众平台方案包括4个功能模块、26个检查项目、3个健康教育阶段、17个健康教育条目。结论:基于医患共识的MAE健康教育微信公众平台方案,其专家权威程度较高,函询结果可靠,可为MAE健康教育提供参考。

Objective:To construct a WeChat public platform scheme for health education in medical auxiliary examination(MAE)based on doctor-patient consensus.Methods:Based on qualitative interviews and questionnaire surveys,an expert inquiry questionnaire was developed.18 experts from the fields of testing,imaging,nursing,etc.were selected for two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry to determine a WeChat public platform scheme for MAE health education.Results:The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100%,with expert authority coefficients of 0.880 and 0.885,and Kendall coefficients of 0.248 and 0.271,respectively.The WeChat public platform scheme for MAE health education based on doctor-patient consensus includes 4 functional modules,26 examination items,3 health education stages,and 17 health education items.Conclusion:The WeChat public platform scheme for MAE health education based on doctor-patient consensus has a high level of expert authority and reliable inquiry results,which can provide a reference for MAE health education.
