社区照护方案对糖尿病前期老年人自我管理能力的影响

Influence of community care program on self-management ability in the elderly with pre-diabetes

目的:探讨社区照护方案对糖尿病前期老年人自我管理能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法选取成都市社区卫生服务中心2所,以抽签法分为对照组和试验组。2020年12月至2021年11月,在这2所社区卫生服务中心中随机选取94例糖尿病前期老年人作为研究对象,其中试验组48例,对照组46例。对照组实施常规健康指导,试验组在对照组的基础上实施社区照护方案。干预12周后,比较两组血糖相关指标及糖尿病前期自我管理量表得分。结果:干预后,试验组空腹血糖、糖负荷后2 h血糖低于对照组(P<0.05);除依从性管理外,糖尿病前期自我管理总分及各维度得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区照护方案能改善糖尿病前期老年人的血糖相关指标,提高其自我管理能力。

Objective:To explore the influence of community care program on self-management ability in the elderly with prediabetes.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to select two community health service centers in Chengdu,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a lottery method.From December 2020 to November 2021,94 elderly cases of pre-diabetes were randomly selected from the two community health service centers,including 48 cases in the experimental group and 46 cases in the control group.The control group received routine health guidance,while the experimental group received community care program based on the control group.After 12 weeks of intervention,the blood glucose-related indicators and the scores of diabetes self-management scale in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose 2 hours after glucose loading in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition to compliance management,the total score and each dimension score of self-management in pre-diabetes were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The community care program can improve the blood glucose related indicators in the elderly with pre-diabetes,and improve their self-management ability.
