摘要
为量化多类灵活性资源对电网规划与运行的支撑能力,提出基于区域网格的用户侧灵活性资源响应潜力评估方法。首先,设计灵活性资源响应潜力评估框架与评估指标;然后,基于时序模拟优化运行思路,构建灵活性资源参与电网互动运行的时序潜力评估模型,并采用优化软件包进行求解;最后,通过实际算例验证了所提评估模型和方法的有效性。结果表明,用户侧灵活性资源潜力巨大,未来配电网规划有必要充分利用海量灵活性资源的支撑能力。
To quantify the support capability of multiple types of flexible resource for the planning and operation of pow⁃er grid,an evaluation method for user-side flexible resource response potential based on regional grid is proposed.First,a flexible resource response potential evaluation framework and the corresponding evaluation indexes are de⁃signed.Then,based on the idea of optimal operation under time series simulation,a time series potential evaluation model considering the interactions between flexible resources and power grid is constructed and further solved by an op⁃timization software package.Finally,the validity of the proposed evaluation model and method is verified by an actual example.Results show that the potential of user-side flexible resource is huge,and it is necessary to make full use of the support capability of massive flexible resources in distribution network planning in the future.
