摘要
回采工作面巷道超前支护段在高应力作用下容易发生变形破坏,其围岩的稳定性对工作面正常通风、运输、行人具有重要意义。随着装备技术水平的提高,回采巷道超前支护区域常采用液压支架进行加强支护,由于超前液压支架随着工作面推进需要频繁“升-降”支架,在破碎巷道顶板中容易加剧顶板破碎程度,严重影响支护效果。本文提出补强锚索支护方式代替超前液压支架,采用理论计算结合FLAC3D数值模拟的方式对补强锚索支护参数进行确定,并在红岭煤矿1505工作面回风巷超前支护段进行应用,保证了1505工作面安全回采。该技术为同类地质条件的综放工作面超前支护方式研究提供借鉴。
The advanced support section of the mining roadway is prone to deformation and damage under high stress,and the stability of surrounding rock is of great significance for normal ventilation,transportation,and pedestrians in the working face.With the improvement of equipment technology level,hydraulic supports are often used to strengthen the support in the advanced support area of mining tunnels.Due to the frequent"up and down"support required by the advanced hydraulic supports as the working face advances,it is easy to exacerbate the degree of roof fragmentation in the broken roadway roof,seriously affecting the support effect.This article proposed the replacement of advanced hydraulic support with reinforced anchor cable support method.The parameters of reinforced anchor cable support were determined by theoretical calculation combined with FLAC3D numerical simulation,and applied in the advanced support section of the return air roadway in No.1505 Face,ensuring the safe mining of the 1505 working face.It also provided reference for the study of advanced support methods in fully mechanized caving working faces with similar geological condition.
