摘要
煤矿生产过程中产生的瓦斯气体可以用来发电,有助于降低产煤成本,提高企业经济效益。但瓦斯发电机组长期运行,散热片结垢严重,清洗效果微弱,不利于机组降负荷,因此处理散热器问题,是提高企业效益的重要环节。本文以神堂嘴瓦斯发电站3号机组为研究对象,针对该站翅片结垢严重,风机损坏频繁的问题,决定拆除旧散热器,更换新换热器,并进行人机界面优化。改造后的散热器换热效果提升,节能效果良好。
The gas produced in the process of coal mine production can be used to generate electricity,which helps to reduce the cost of coal production and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.However,due to the long-term operation of the gas generator set,the fouling of the radiator is serious,and the cleaning effect is weak,which is not conducive to the load reduction of the unit.Therefore,dealing with the radiator problem is an important part of improving the efficiency of the enterprise.In this paper,the No.3 unit of Shentangzui gas power station is taken as the research object.In view of the serious fouling of the fins and the frequent damage of the fan,it is decided to dismantle the old radiator,replace the new heat exchanger and optimize the man-machine interface.After the transformation,the heat transfer effect of the radiator is improved and the energy saving effect is good.
